Small in stature but big on work ethic, this little bird knocks on our front tree like he's got a delivery to make. This print (as well as my determination to stay on task while being a work-from-home artist) is inspired by a sprightly little downy who lives in a maple tree in front of our house, keeping me alert and on task with his enthusiastic tap-tap-tapping. This is cheerful block print for anyone who also admires a tiny creature with a lot of drive.
Archival ink printed on handmade Thai Kozo paper. This natural toned paper has slight translucent qualities that can alter the presentation of the artwork to your taste based on the color of the paper underneath it. For a more bright tone, use white paper underneath when framing. For a more subdued hay-like tone, use the provided cardboard blank when framing.
5×7 inches (13×18 cm). Initialed, open edition. Ships flat in padded envelope.
($6.25 flat rate shipping for your entire order)
*This is a hand carved, hand inked, and hand pressed block print on handmade paper so please expect some slight discrepancies and rustic imperfections. These photos are representations of what you will receive but your piece of art will be a unique piece and will vary slightly from these photos. Frame is not included.
